		<description>Da, e frumusica turta, multumesc de compliment! Proportia de faina/tarate in volum e aproximativ egala. Noi am calculat ca IG-ul este undeva pe la 35. Incercam sa gatim Monti, si acum ne inspiram si de la tine ;). Cheers!</description>

Sa calculezi totusi IG pentru cazul tau - tind sa cred ca e intre 35-40 avand in vedere raportul faina integrala - tarate... (Un calcul aproximativ pentru ca nu ai scris gramele la faina, dar taratele au volum dublu fata de faina si din cate stiu punga din poza inseamna cam 2 cani...)

Inteleg ca incerci sa gatesti Monti, deci te-am trecut la mine pe blog in lista celor ce &quot;Gatesc Monti&quot;. :) Mult succes!</description>
